Shipping Policy

Great care is taken to ensure your artwork arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Fine Art Prints

Fine art prints are produced to order. Please allow 2–3 weeks for printing, signing, and preparation before shipment.

Flat-rate tracked shipping:

• Canada: $30 CAD

Prints are professionally packaged and typically shipped rolled in a protective tube. Smaller works may be shipped flat when appropriate.

Original Paintings
Shipping is quoted individually based on the painting’s size, packaging, insurance, and destination. Please contact me before purchasing an original that requires shipping. I’ll provide the full cost for your approval before payment. Calgary-area handoff may be arranged privately after purchase. My home studio is not open for public pickup.

U.S. Shipping

Shipping to the United States is temporarily unavailable while recent changes to U.S. import requirements are clarified. U.S. collectors interested in a specific work are welcome to contact the studio regarding current shipping options.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the artwork, packaging, and damage. I will work with you to resolve the issue.

Returns

Due to the nature of original artwork and made-to-order fine art prints, all sales are final. If you have concerns about an order, please contact me.
