Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of fine art prints and original artwork, all sales are final.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact atelier@crystalarchambault.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and packaging. A replacement or refund will be arranged as appropriate.

Each artwork is carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival. If you have concerns about your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
