Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of original artwork and made-to-order fine art prints, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact atelier@crystalarchambault.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photographs of the artwork, packaging, and visible damage, and retain all packaging while the issue is reviewed.

Damaged orders will be addressed as appropriate through replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances and nature of the artwork.
